18-year-old accused of possessing youngster sexual abuse materials in Bogalusa

BOGALUSA, La. (WGNO) — An 18-year-old in Bogalusa is accused of possessing youngster sexual abuse materials.
Based on the twenty second Judicial District Lawyer’s Workplace, an arrest warrant was executed for Austin Alexander Olmstead following a web-based tip to the Louisiana Lawyer Common’s Workplace. DA officers mentioned a search of his cellphone allegedly discovered round 70 photographs of CSAM involving kids beneath the age of 13.
Olmstead is charged with 70 counts of possession of kid sexual abuse materials beneath the age of 13. If convicted, he faces a sentencing vary of 10 to 40 years in jail per rely.
