NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Hundreds of Entergy prospects are experiencing an influence outage Sunday night, in line with Entergy’s outage map.
In accordance with the outage map, as of 5:30 p.m., 52,267 Entergy prospects are with out energy in Orleans Parish, 36,201 in Jefferson Parish, 6,511 in Plaquemines Parish and 6,011 in St. Bernard Parish.
In some areas the outage began round 4:30 p.m.
A spokesperson for Entergy New Orleans issued the next assertion:
“Entergy New Orleans is presently topic to a load-shed order from MISO; roughly 52,000 prospects are impacted. Our crews will work as rapidly and safely as doable to revive service, as quickly as we’re clear to take action. Estimated time of restoration is unclear at the moment, pending additional updates from MISO.”
