Harris Yulin, the actor best recognized for his work in “Scarface” and “Ghostbusters,” has died, TMZ has confirmed.
His rep tells us … the acclaimed actor who appeared in dozens of flicks, TV and Broadway reveals over his decades-long career, died Tuesday in NYC after going into cardiac arrest. An precise motive for demise has not been launched.
Yulin appeared in various blockbusters equal to … “Ghostbusters 2,” “Clear and Present Hazard,” “Teaching Day” — and possibly his most well-known … “Scarface.”
As followers recall … throughout the Al Pacino gangster conventional, Yulin carried out Officer Bernstein … who tried to shakedown Tony Montana — and that ended with Tony killing him in chilly blood.
When he wasn’t in entrance of a digital digital camera or onstage … Yulin was an avid hen watcher and lover of the ocean.
Harris is survived by his partner, Kristen Lowman; son-in-law, Ted Mineo; nephew, Martin Crane; and godchildren Marco and Lara Greenberg. He was predeceased by his daughter, actress Claire Lucido.
