This week on Behind The Lens, New Orleanians preserve sure traditions at Carnival parades. We are saying howdy to strangers, tote wagons and folding chairs and blankets. However alongside the St. Charles parade route, we most frequently settle in areas with our individuals.

Anthony Hingle Jr. didn’t contact beads or feathers for 32 years. Now he’s again on the town, persevering with the work of his father, Flagboy Meathead, a legend amongst Black Masking Indians.
