NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — With the costs of groceries skyrocketing, one native church is hoping to carry some reduction to the neighborhood.
WGNO’s Kenny Lopez explains how one church aimed to place the nice in Good Friday.
Many of us are feeling blessed as we speak as a result of Higher St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church in New Orleans East hosted a drive-thru reward card giveaway.
“We’re freely giving $20 reward playing cards to Winn-Dixie. We’ve got a provide of 200 reward playing cards. The response has been overwhelming. The traces preserve going,” Bishop T. Delbert Robinson with Higher St. Stephen stated.
“We had been simply passing by and so they stated ‘go get a present card,’ so we turned in,” Beverly Diamond stated.
“It truly is displaying the love, the love for each other,” Jimmie Hinton stated.
