NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Division is investigating a deadly taking pictures in a New Orleans East neighborhood on Monday morning, Nov. 3.
In response to officers, round 3:29 a.m. they had been alerted of a taking pictures within the 7000 block of Lawrence Street.
Responding officers arrived to discover a man affected by gunshot wounds. He was declared lifeless on the scene.
