LACOMBE, La. (WGNO) — One individual is lifeless and two are injured following a three-vehicle crash that occurred in St. Tammany Parish on Saturday morning, Aug. 2.
In response to the Louisiana State Police, troopers with Troop L started investigating the crash, which occurred on Louisiana Freeway 36 at Louisiana Freeway 3241, round 7:30 a.m.
Investigators say a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro, pushed by 39-year-old Jennifer L. Ayo, of Covington, was heading south on Freeway 32451 towards Freeway 36 when on the similar time, a 2010 Honda Match was heading west and a 2009 Ford F-150 was heading east, each on Freeway 36.
The Chevrolet then reportedly went into the intersection, coming into the westbound lane of Freeway 36, in entrance of the Honda, the place it was then hit as soon as earlier than persevering with into the eastbound lane the place it was hit a second time by the Ford.
Ayo was reportedly unrestrained and sustained deadly accidents, being pronounced lifeless on scene. Toxicology samples had been taken from all three drivers as a part of the continued investigation.
