NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – As showers and storms roll out on Saturday night, benefit from the quiet time as they are going to be again for a lot of your Sunday.

Not solely will the showers return, however the southern coast will begin to see them as early as 5 a.m.

And they’ll get a bit extra stormy come 10 a.m.

Then shifting north in direction of Lake Pontchartrain, the I-10/I-12 hall and Mississippi coast by midday.

By 3 p.m., the showers and storms will transfer additional north nearer to the Louisiana-Mississippi border leaving our southern coast briefly on the quiet.

For Saturday night time, temperatures will get down into the higher 70s then heating proper again up for Sunday finally attending to the higher 80s.
