Three arrested following Kenner police chase in allegedly stolen automobile

KENNER, La. (WGNO) — An adolescent and two adults are in police custody following a police chase in Kenner.

Officers with the Kenner Police Division reported that on June 23, its FLOCK digicam system alerted officers of a automobile allegedly stolen out of New Orleans within the space.

KPD officers mentioned they tried to cease the motive force, a 16-year-old male, however as a substitute had been led on a police chase into New Orleans.

With help from the Louisiana State Police and New Orleans Police Division, the chase ended on the nook of N. Tonti and A.P. Tureaud streets.

The teenager together with 18-year-old Marquelle Smith and 29-year-old Kevinisha Russell, had been arrested. All of them had excellent warrants, based on KPD.

  • Warrant out of New Orleans
