Nordstrom Rack has opened a brand new 27,000-square-foot retailer in Elmwood, increasing the off-price retailer’s footprint within the larger New Orleans market.

The Seattle-based firm is positioned at Elmwood Heart at 1200 S. Clearview Parkway. The location is owned and managed by Lauricella Land Firm.

“We look ahead to being part of the Elmwood neighborhood and serving our clients with an incredible providing of nice manufacturers at nice costs,” Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack stated in a ready assertion in a 2025 information launch. “We’re excited to develop our footprint within the Louisiana market and introduce new clients to the Nordstrom expertise.”
