OVER NEXT DOOR AT BAYOU BISTRO, ISIS, MONTREUIL SAYS SHE WAS LAYING DOWN WHEN SHE HEARD A LOUD BANG. SO I LOOK OUTSIDE, NEIGHBOR HOUSE ON FIRE AND THEN IT JUST SPREADING. IT JUST SPREADING. SO I CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. AS A RESULT, HER FAMILY’S BUSINESS, ALONG WITH NEOS CREOLE RESTAURANT, SUFFERED SOME DAMAGE.
