The appliance deadline is Friday, Aug. 2, for The Thought Village’s Fall 2024 IDEAfuel enterprise accelerator program, which helps choose startups based by Black, Indigenous and different Folks of Coloration (BIPOC).
This system, supported by Areas Basis, helps BIPOC startups with non-dilutive capital, one-to-one mentorship, unique enterprise assets, amongst further help.
Launched in 2021, IDEAfuel continues The Thought Village mission of supporting BIPOC founders throughout the area and addressing the scarcity of capital for BIPOC-founded startups. Every IDEAfuel firm will obtain $15,000 in non-dilutive funding throughout their cohort.
Applicant steps embrace submitting enterprise supplies (summaries of use of funds, product roadmap, and monetary projections); interviewing with The Thought Village workforce member; and pitching (non-public enterprise capital type) with the IDEAfuel choice committee.
The Thought Village has supported greater than 18,000 entrepreneurs and elevated New Orleans’ status as a hub of innovation, entrepreneurship, and enterprise.
